International shipping?

We can send the ordered goods to the foreign address to some countries. Shipping to foreign address is made after payment authorization. Shipments abroad are carried out only through USPS. All additional custom fees or other taxes are customer's responsibility.
 
Are payment cards issued by foreign banks authorized by the Authorize.Net ?
Yes. Authorize.Net authorizes all transactions through credit cards issued by foreign banks.
 
Can I pay by PayPal?
Yes! PayPal payment system is available to our clients as a form of payment for ordered goods.
 
How can I get the discount promo code?
Promo code is a discount instrument ONLY for REGISTERED Customers or our eNewsletter subscribers . We organize occasional promotions - such as competitions with awards. During such action you may receive a voucher-password to complete in the webstore in a specified period. 

 

The product card is missing information on the length of the insole in centimetres.
In the interest of the most reliable information characterizing our products, we introduced a parameter measuring the individual inserts in centimeters. We all know that THERE IS NOT an ideal table of conversion differing numbering systems. Our resources include several thousand models, patterns and sizes. We enter data systematically and continuously. If you need more information on a specific model please email us or call.
 
Is there a possibility to return shoes?
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without giving reasons for making a statement in writing (RMA) within 30 days of receipt of product.

Was the package mailed?
After receiving an email stating that your order has been completed, you can check the tracking number, i.e. after logging in to your account and track your shipment. Contact  the carrier:
