RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with purchased products, you can return it within 30 calendar days of the receipt of merchandise. It is highly recommended to try shoes on a carpeted surface. Shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping costs, on returns are customer's responsibility. Clearance shoes (marked: DEAL, OUTLET, SALE) might be exchanged or credited in-store only. Returned products that are damaged or with some signs of use would not be refunded.

Free Shipping Promotion Return and Exchange Policy

Clients who are natural persons purchasing the Goods for purposes which are not related to professional or commercial activities (called hereafter „Client-Consumers”) are entitled to withdraw from the sales contract without specifying any reason within 30 calendar days of the receipt of merchandise.

1)  The Goods must be returned to the seat of M COMMERCE SOLUTIONS, INC. at the Client’s expense, which will not be reimbursed.

2)  "Collect on delivery” shipments will not be accepted.

3)  The returned Goods must be complete and unaltered, preferably in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging. We will not accept returns or exchanges on products that are damaged or have signs of use.

4)  The Client-Consumer is obligated to properly protect the Goods to be returned, in order to prevent their damage. The package must be labelled, with the note THE ONLINE STORE.

5)  The Client-Consumer must send a proof of purchase of the Goods along with the Goods.

6)  The reimbursement, for the returned Goods, will be transferred within 14 days of the day the Goods are received. The transfer, of the reimbursement, will be made the same way as was initially paid. The cost of another form of reimbursement will be charged, in whole to the Client-Consumer.

7)  The Store deducts the shipping cost from all returns and exchanges, when the refund is issued (Purchase price - our shipping cost = refund $ amount).  Shipping cost on all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

8)  The Store, if so requested by the Client-Consumer, will confirm the reimbursement in an e-mail message sent to the address indicated to the Store by the Client.
